Is everything that you make all natural?

Yes, we use completely natural ingredients in every one of our lovely little products.

Do you test on animals?

No way, José. Animals are friends, not test subjects. That’s what husbands are for.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Because we use all natural ingredients (aka no chemical preservatives), our products do have a shelf life of 6-9 months. However, you can extend this shelf life by storing your products in a cool, dry place. We also use Vitamin E oil, a natural preservative to help extend the shelf life. If you think that you received anything that wasn’t at its maximum freshness, please let us know so that we can tend to it immediately.

How soon can I expect my order?

We believe in sending our customers the freshest products. Because of this, our products are made to order. After your order is placed, please allow a week for us to get it in the mail. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number.

For US Orders: After shipping, please allow an additional week for your order to arrive
For International Orders: After shipping, please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive. While it will most likely arrive sooner than that, customs departments do have the right to hold items. Additionally, we don't pay for anything to be released from customs to you.

Where all do you ship internationally?

Due to shipping ease, our products are currently only shipped internationally to Canada, Mexico, Australia, France, and the UK. If you are interested in our products and we don't ship there - please let us know and we will see if we can work something out. 

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. This policy ensures the freshness and quality of our products. However, we want you to love your products as much as we do, and we will offer replacement or refunds on a case by case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please email us (hello@itslovely.co) as soon as possible and we will find a solution. 

Please note that Lovely is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns + exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Lovely.

Are your products made in the U.S.?

Yes, everything is made by hand, fresh to order in Beaumont, Texas.

Who did your branding?

My wonderful husband, Ryan Lewis, did everything from the watercolors to the print. He’s amazing, go check out his other work at ryanlewisdesign.com.

Who did your photography?

All the amazing product photos that you see on our website were done by Morgan Sessions. She doesn’t just take product photos though! She specializes in portraits and weddings. Go see more of her work at morgansessions.com. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
